This Privacy Policy describes how Top Tier Renovation LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the TTR Facebook Admin application at https://fb.ttrbuilders.com (the “Service”). The Service is an internal business tool used by authorized personnel to upload media, generate captions, and publish or schedule content to our Facebook Page.

1. Who This Policy Applies To

This Service is intended for authorized administrators, editors, and staff of Top Tier Renovation LLC. It is not a public consumer application. If you do not have an authorized account, you should not use the Service except to view this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Account and authentication data

  • Name, username, email address, and password (stored in hashed form)
  • Login activity, including IP address, browser user agent, login time, and success or failure of login attempts
  • Optional two-factor authentication settings, if enabled

Content you upload or create

  • Photos and videos uploaded for posting
  • Captions, descriptions, hashtags, and scheduling preferences
  • Posting history and status (draft, scheduled, posted, failed)

Facebook / Meta integration

When an authorized user connects a Facebook Page through Facebook Login, we receive information from Meta as permitted by the user, which may include:

  • Facebook Page ID and Page name
  • Page access token required to publish content on the connected Page
  • Basic Page information needed to verify the connection

We do not receive your Facebook password. Connection is handled through Meta’s secure OAuth process. Page tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted before storage.

Third-party AI services

If enabled, uploaded images may be sent to OpenAI to generate caption suggestions. Only the content needed to create a caption is transmitted. We do not send Facebook login credentials to OpenAI.

Technical and security data

  • Server logs, error logs, and audit records of administrative actions
  • Session data required to keep you signed in securely
  • Cron or background job activity related to scheduled posting and caption processing

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Authenticate users and manage access to the admin panel
  • Upload, store, schedule, and publish content to our connected Facebook Page
  • Generate AI-assisted captions when that feature is enabled
  • Maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and keep activity records for accountability
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not sell personal information.

4. Legal Basis and Facebook Platform Terms

Our use of Meta Platform data is limited to operating the Service for Top Tier Renovation LLC, including managing and publishing content to Pages we administer. We use Meta data only as needed to provide these features and in accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

If you connected a Facebook Page through the Service, you may disconnect it at any time from the Settings area of the admin panel, or revoke the app’s access in your Facebook App Settings.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information only in these situations:

  • Meta / Facebook: to publish content and verify Page connection, using Meta’s APIs
  • OpenAI: to generate captions when that feature is enabled
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: to operate the website, database, and file storage
  • Legal requirements: if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

We do not share information with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Data Retention

We retain account information, uploaded media, posting records, and audit logs for as long as needed to operate the Service, maintain business records, and meet legal or security requirements. Facebook Page tokens are retained while a Page remains connected and deleted or cleared when disconnected. You may request deletion of an admin account by contacting us using the information below.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted storage of sensitive tokens, access controls, login attempt limits, and secure session handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard data appropriate to the nature of the Service.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Authorized users may:

  • Update account details through the admin panel, where permitted by role
  • Disconnect a linked Facebook Page from Settings
  • Revoke Facebook app access through Facebook’s own settings
  • Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and business record requirements

9. Cookies and Sessions

The Service uses essential session cookies to keep administrators logged in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on this admin application.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
